Adem Managing Partner Nasreen M. Adem Managing Partner Nasreen is the Managing Partner of ACE Advisors. Nasreen’s is a multi-disciplinary professional with over 10+ years’ work experience and proven track record in private sector development and public sector advisory support. She is responsible for the strategic guidance and execution of ACE work through a hands-on collaboration with clients, partners and teams in a creative, efficient and equitable manner. She directs the firm’s efforts toward a strategic execution by combining content-rich project management with strategic thinking to assist clients in reaching their objectives. These roles and skills were developed through her 12+ years of experience and proven track record in private sector development and public institutions advisory. She brings a range of skills in policy design and implementation, multi-stakeholder partnership management, transaction and strategic advisory, good governance and institutional frameworks and human capital development. Nasreen previously worked at various international and local organizations including Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, Made in Africa Initiative, Ernst & Young-Ethiopia, Kifiya Financial Technology and Precise Consult International. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators and Ethiopian Economic Association. Nasreen holds a BA in Economics from Arba Minch University and a MA in Development Management. Aida Erkihun Principal Partner Aida has 10 years of experience including strategic advisory, sector development, policy design and implementation, institutional capacity development, stakeholder management and assessment of infrastructure development projects. Aida Erkihun Principal Partner Aida Erkihun Principal Partner Aida is the Co-founder and Principal Partner of ACE Advisors. As the Lead of our Talent and Performance Vertical, she is primarily responsible to ensuring the firms capabilities in terms of attracting, developing and retaining required skills, expertise, and resources are maintained. In addition, she oversees and ensures the tracking and implementation of the organizations M&E systems and strategic targets for a successful and smooth operations. As a Partner within the Firm, she is also responsible to managing projects and clients, overseeing project executions and managing teams for effective and tailored service delivery. Aida has 10 years of work experience which include strategy advisory, sector development, policy design and implementation, institutional capacity development, stakeholder management and assessment of infrastructure development projects. Aida has previously worked with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBIGC), LG Electronics and CORE Consulting Engineers. Aida holds an MSc in International Development from University of Manchester, an MSW from Addis Ababa University and a BA Degree in Sociology and Social Work from Jimma University.
